Water saving for Combi ovens: To ensure the minimum use of water with our CTU products for combination and steam ovens, European WaterCare developed the ‘3-port head'. This ensures untreated water only is used for the drain/quench function, which flushes the system through. Only treated water is allowed into the oven to be turned into steam. The 3-port head system maximises usage of treated water - and the working life of the CTU - while reducing frequency of exchange and maintenance costs
