Lincat OE7108/F Single Tank Two Basket Electric Fryer With Filtration System

Essentially this is the same model as the OE7108 but also features Lincat’s filtration system.

• Simple to operate, the new filtration system from Lincat drains oil from the tank through the primary filter to remove the largest particles and cooking debris. At the push of a button, the oil is then simply pumped through a premium carbon pad filter which will remove particles as fine as 0.5 microns, before then being pumped back into the tank ready for use for next time. Best of all the whole process takes between just four and six minutes for a full tank of oil.

• Accurate, close tolerance thermostat for consistent results

• Inclined base to tanks and large bore drain for easy drain down

• Hinged, lift out element, with safety interlock, for easy tank access and cleaning

• Fully welded tanks for ease of cleaning

• Heavy duty spun wire nickel plated basket supplied as standard

• Will accept 3 x OA7094 baskets.
